  5. a new blog by a “new” young deaf person who signs and COULD make this a reality – a good film utilizing the beauty of signing – especially on international level. I am impressed by only one first look.

    Me blown away – on ground still signing “wonderful – wow”

    can’t wait to see the film myself

    but more in hope of seeing many successful films in the future – penetrating the film industry and become part of the mainstream “hearing” films.

    A new genre so ever promising in the field of ASL Literature – films in sign (or film in ASL).

    May it be like the slumdog millionare effect of the deaf worldwide.

  8. bhè, la presentazione è decisamente interessante. Sono una giornalista, scrivo per una piccola testata che esce per ora solo nel lazio e nel molise, ma a parte il fatto che stiamo crescendo, io credo che anke se nn a livello internazionale, l’intraprendenza di italiani che si mettono alla prova all’estero e riescono a realizzare le proprie ambizioni sia sempre una notizia degna di essere resa pubblica. Anche perchè poi, se si torna (come ho fatto io dopo due anni a NY) si è più motivati, grintosi e preparati per provarci anche in Italia…e magari, al di là di tutte le difficoltà, RIUSCIRCI!! Quindi complimenti, magari dammi modo di vedere il film e teniamoci in contatto.

    You know, that we film companies deaf “Awi film” from a small country, the Czech Republic.

    Since 2007 we have prepared almost a “first” action film makers in the Europe. Film: “Exhibit of year 1827, 87 min. You can look at 2 and a half minute trailer for http://www.awifilm.com/film/exponatroku1827/video.html “Trailer 3″.

    We shot 3 different states. In 29.11.2008 was the movie premiere in the Czech Republic, who lost around 486 people, you can watch a couple of 10min video to: http://www.awifilm.com/novinky/video4.html and December, we also reflect the film-Barcelona in Spain, as a world premiere. There came about 300 people and were terribly enthusiastic. What about film festival director told Clin d’oeil de Reims David Keyzer or foreign audiences?

    Whoa! You finally got this film project off the ground! I ensure it will be an incredible, astonishing and stunning film even though it isn’t been out yet. It will be one of those films that’s sparked controversy with thousands of comments Deafwide. Will it be resembled the stylistic gangster movie like the well-known director John Wu’s? HAHA!!!

    Emilio, I know this kind of work hasn’t been easy, especially for everyone who’s taking part in the film, but I do believe you will make it as a retrospective of the film that introduces the Deaf world to the tremendous heroic genre of the Deaf-Japanese action film.
